One of the few parks having a pay station for a $3-day use. A few different trails here, but the loop of roughly 5-miles goes up Little Sycamore Canyon to Serrano Ridge (left), to Camarillo Canyon Road (left), to Stagecoach So. Trail (left), back to the parking lot. Decent little getaway right in the middle of Laguna Canyon. The parking lot is off Laguna Canyon Road, which is a great drive itself, FYI. I have completed this one in about 1.75-hours. Could always make it shorter or longer if needed, due to other trails or just turning around instead of making a loop out of it. No dogs allowed and elevation gain is pretty minimal. Although to a novice hiker, it could be a bit challenging. Not my favorite hike in the are, but I you are like me and love to change up the scenery, then this may be for you. Also you can connect to some of the other parks in the area and do an ALL day, miles and miles style hike. For example, you can connect to El Moro and go all the way to the beach...But that must be over 12 miles alone. Map it out or look all the trail maps up if you're interested. Overall just some more trails in the area.
